Hot Pink frosting

Sometimes we may "impose" our own color preferences onto our children and determine that boys should like blue and girls should like pink, but "who" says? If your boy wants "hot pink" frosting for his cupcakes then don't bat an eye, rather swoop the frosting onto those cupcakes and appreciate his selection.
